Hannika is an experienced jeweller and sculptor trained at the prestigious Hereford College of Art living in rural Herefordshire. She likes to spend her time creating a world of unusual creatures manifested in the form of one-of-a-kind jewellery, tiny sculptures and drawings.
She is inspired by botanical illustrations, line qualities found in the everyday setting and natural materials. Her work celebrates imagination through aesthetic form allowing the materials to lead the design. She creates one-of-a-kind pieces through her intuitive relationship with the materials she works with.
Her work offers a quirky alternative to mainstream accessories and artwork with these fun, personal and slightly-off-the-wall pieces. They are highly collectable and noted for their intricacy and playful narratives.
